For our fast-growing division DSV Workshops, we are looking for a Driver Desk Officer. The objective of DSV Workshop department is to insist high quality of Trailer maintenance repairs against competitive pricing to support the DSV Business, drive result and exceed customers' expectations. What you will do
As Driver Desk Officer you are always in contact with mechanics, customers, vendors and drivers, whether in Sweden or abroad. Together with your colleagues you take full responsibility for various substantive questions and accurate administration. Experience with vehicles is welcome, and if you have the drive to take on responsibility and adopt your project-based approach to work, we can provide you the support you need to forward your career and fulfil your potential.
Other duties include:
• Create job cards for the mechanics in the Workshop
• Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level
• Registrate orders in our IT system
• Welcome drivers and support them with different type of questions
• Provide a best-in-class services to DSV customers end external customers
• Check and approve invoices from suppliers
• Investigate and create claims for damaged trailers
• Support the mechanic team with small operational duties

What is more, is that we value your attitude, passion and interest in the trailer market much higher than the contents of your exam papers.
• You have relevant work experience in an administrative position or similar
• You possess a technical understanding of trailers
• You are not afraid of new challenges
• You are well structured
• You have excellent IT Skills
• You are customer minded
• You communicate effortlessly written and verbally in English and Swedish
