To support our Commercial function we are looking for a driven, structured and a communicative person for the role as Commercial Planner!

As Commercial planner you will report direct to our Business leader and Commercial manager Per Hultberg and work in close co-operation with both corporate internal functions as well as direct with our countries and our Growth chief officer. The role as commercial planner is a supportive role with a mission together with the Business leaders to always strive for improvement in our processes and routines related to the commercial agenda, securing that we are on track with our plans and also optimizing all commercial cross functional initiatives.

We are looking for you who want to keep pushing the development forward with our overall commercial agenda and to be a support in creating processes and routines in the commercial tasks with focus on; simplicity, efficiency in our process and routines and commercial excellence.

We believe that you have an eye to proactively identify challenges in the business plans in order to prevent lost business and follow up with required attention and deliverables. As a person you have the ability to identify opportunities to optimize commercial activities while enabling focus on the strategic plan and running daily business.

This role requires good leadership skills and ability to work on both strategic and a tactical level. We believe that you have good network and communication skills, with the ability to build good relationships with other departments within the company. It's an advantage if you have sales experience within a retail environment.
