As Marketing Coordinator at Zinzino you will be part of our communication team and work closely with our Communication Coordinator, Marketing administration and Project Managers. You will have a supporting role within the team, coordinating different tasks to ensure our marketing department's activities and processes are running smoothly and in an efficient and functional manner.
To be successful in this role we see that you are a structured team player with excellent communication and people skills, always curious to learn more. As a person you are a result-oriented team player with a customer-oriented approach. You demonstrable the ability to multi-task, have a high sense of flexibility and can easily cope with stressful situations. You are self-driven, well-organized, and enjoy completing tasks and adhering to deadlines. You have a passion for health and wellness and aim to contribute to the Zinzino brand experience.
Qualifications
• Minimum 2-3 years' experience as marketing coordinator or similar role within Marketing ideally from e-commerce, retail, FMCG or B2C business.
• A higher education within Marketing and/or Communication
• Good understanding of marketing principles, communication and social media management
• Excellent level in English, both written and verbal is a must.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Good knowledge of InDesign and Photoshop
• Interest in market research techniques, handling questionnaires and evaluating results
• Working experience from the direct sales industry is a merit
• Swedish language skills and/or other languages is a merit
Responsibilities
• Manage weekly newsletter send outs and the marketing department e-mail account
• Produce and publish weekly documents for our website and the BackOffice
• Maintain our Marketing Guidelines and Rules according to compliance process
• Assist with social media support, and FB + Instagram member approval
• Handle and administrate brand ambassadors and influencer contracts
• Conduct market research, prepare competitive reviews and marketing presentations
This is a full time position based at our HQ in Västra Frölunda, Gothenburg, Sweden. We would like you to start as soon as possible.
