Your mission
In this role you will lead a cross-functional Drilling modularization program, within Underground division. A high-profile program achieving operative, tactical and strategic results. The program includes parallel and synchronized projects within Market, R&D and Operations.
Via this Program manager role you will actively contribute to that our Drilling portfolio remain market leader in the segments we operate, and that we - via modularization of our Drilling products and solutions - drive Drilling product leadership and improve internal efficiencies according to program targets.
The role includes high visibility in the organization and should serve as a stepping point to other future roles within Underground division and entire Epiroc.
You will also
* Lead and manage the Drilling Modularization program in an agile and efficient way and develop a 'to do attitude" and best practice sharing with a clear future vision.
* Develop highly competent and motivated teams by continuous and responsible feedback, coaching and support
* Lead and guide involved management consultants to achieve key KPI:s
* Contribute to shorten 'time to market' in New Product Development
Your profile
We are looking for a senior project manager with good communication and collaboration skills, with a positive and holistic mindset. You have a strong track record in change management, you are skilled in reporting and presentations to stakeholders, and you can inspire others with your leadership.
To be successful in this role, you should be driven, organized and have the ability to see complex pictures and find the right way and solutions forward.
You have a relevant degree and an international and multi-cultural mindset and since we are a global organization, excellent communication in English (verbal and written) is a requirement.
Location and travel
This position is located in Örebro, Sweden. Occasional travel is required.
