hela Sverige The tasks considering this role is primarily handling our customers ' requests and public tenders, which includes informing all relevant stakeholders about requests for tenders and about decisions from customers. You will also support in coordinating bidding project/tender business, in close cooperation with the sales team to make sure all deadlines are met, all relevant data is included and all relevant information of request for tenders is available. Secondarily you will back up the team within the order management and DEMO-pool handling.
We are looking for someone who has:
• A higher education from university or college within relevant fields.
• At least 1 year experience in a sales support function, or within administration.
• Experience from a similar position is much appreciated.
• Reliable knowledge about sales industry.
• Excellent administration, organizational skills and telephone skills.
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in both Swedish and English in both writing and speaking, further knowledge within the Nordic languages is qualifying.
• Experience with MS Office package, previous experience working with SAP is qualifying.
We also believe that the person who applies for this position has good time management skills, are comfortable using different software (internal IT systems). You have a good sense of prioritizing and being able to multitask. You should also be very comfortable working in teams or groups, and independently as well as having an interest in our products with the will to learn them thoroughly.
