DPL (Delprojektledare/Unit program leader) Active Safety & Chassis, 96100
Active Safety & Chassis within Product Development employs about 450 highly skilled and enthusiastic men and women. We have operations in Europe, China, US, and we work with suppliers all over the world. The area of operations includes development and verification of hardware/software & systems for integrated safety, chassis and vehicle dynamics. Our responsibility starts from first idea all the way to final verification of vehicles. World first technologies, like City Safety and Pedestrian Detection as well as the driving dynamics you experience in cars like S60, are all achievements from the people working in Active Safety & Chassis. Program management, 96100, has today about 15 highly skilled and enthusiastic DPL's and coordinators/ planners. As DPL your focus will be to secure a flawless execution of one development program for Active Safety & Chassis.
Main tasks and Responsibility
On unit level manage vehicle development program between CDJ (Concept Data Judgment) and FSR (Final Status Report) to secure deliverables according to agreed targets.
Secure reporting of results, status and milestones from the unit to the vehicle development program.
Secure actions are taken and is reported on all deviations in the vehicle development program.
Participate and represent Active Safety and Chassis in the vehicle development program.
Contribute to development of work methods and teambuilding of Program management.
Qualifications and attributes:
M.Sc. or equivalent.
Experience in Product Development.
Experience in leading Project Teams.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Leadership / coaching skills.
Results focused.
Positive and enthusiastic.
Strong Communication skills.
Good in team working.
Driving License
