hela Sverige Schneider Electric Building in Västerhaninge, Sweden is looking for a Down Stream Value Stream Manager to the Plant & Distribution Center in Västerhaninge. As Downstream Value Stream Manager in Västerhaninge you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic, passionate and diverse team. We have more than 80 years within HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) and Building automation, we manufacture and deliver worldwide.
The Downstream Value Stream Manager is a part of the Supply Chain team in Västerhaninge. The role is responsible for the production downstream flows, i.e. to organize the internal flow, from receipt of materials and components to delivery of finished products to our customers.
Main tasks:
• Contribute to the planning, design and implementation of material flows in accordance with the SPS rules
• Organize internal flows in accordance with the SPS rules and update the parameters of internal storage (Kanban)
• Controlling of the Master Production Schedule and SIOP Animation
• Control and customize flows and queue times
• Manage the factory's Value Stream Mapping and lead the continuous improvement of production lead times
• Monitor and improve the plant's performance in terms Downstream Supply Chain
• Initiate and drive continuous improvement within your area of responsibility
• Take the role as key user for the plant information system (SAP)
We expect you to have a university degree in Logistics and / or Supply Chain or equivalent. The role requires excellent knowledge and experience of SAP and we prefer that you have experience in leading and participating in projects. High level of English, spoken as well as written is a requirement for the position.
