Group IT is responsible for IT management in ensuring the long-term focus of IT and adaptation to the bank's business strategies. Last but not least, Group IT deliver a range of IT services to the bank, including development and maintenance.
About the job As the Domain Manager your main responsibility is to deliver high quality cost-efficient development and maintenance of IT solutions. Boredom is not an option, as you will work on everything from delivering value to our customers from new functionality to managing and securing that solutions will be stable and secure to operate. You will manage 1-2 agile teams (approx. 15 people), and as manager you will ensure that they have all necessary conditions to be awesome! When you are not working within your own value stream your will be setting objectives, planning activities and analyzing how to improve work as well as share information within and between business partners, areas and IT internal departments, organize usage of development resources, manage consultants and establish great new partnerships.
What you need to succeed Networking is your other name, both locally and cross-border. You have the ability to see the big picture, and the talent to 'think outside the box'. You are quick to spot individual talents and the knowledge to use them for the common goals. Teamwork is one of your main competences, but so is leadership. You enjoy the challenge of working in an international team.
A university degree within Business/IT and/or relevant work experience
Ability to manage teams in rapid-changing market environment
Process and Project Management experience
Experience in working with consultants and partners
Fluency in English
