In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
• Join a team of highly skilled team members continuously working on resolving some of the most interesting and challenging questions to support the success of our development agenda
• Facilitate decision making at all levels through developing and presenting concise and well-grounded decision material
• Lead smaller teams in the task of solution thinking for questions still unsolved
• Work in the intersection of business and technology
• Acquire deep knowledge of how the inside of a large Nordic bank works
What is needed in this role:
• Excellent skills in preparing and presenting (written and verbal) decision material for all level of decision makers on complex topics, adapting your language to the audience
• Experience from analyzing complex processes, system landscapes and information structures
• Curious, analytical, and critical mindset
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• A track record of delivery orientation
• Ability to lead smaller groups in analytical assignments
• Experience from Finance, Controlling, Reporting, Regulatory and/or Treasury within Financial Services industry
• A minimum of five years professional experience from similar positions in Bank/Insurance company or reputable consulting firm
• Master's degree in business administration and/or engineering
