In the role as Domain Architect and Team Lead for the Integrations team, you will be a part of a diverse team that are working towards a vision of integrations as the magic glue that provide reusability, flexibility and security in an increasingly cloudified and digitalized world. As a Domain Architect, you are responsible for setting the technology roadmap and architectural governance within the domain. You will also detail the IT architecture blueprint of connected domains to make sure the right solutions are selected, and fulfills the needs of our business. Working closely with stakeholders and build strong relationships is something that comes naturally for you.
As Team Lead, your main task is to develop the team to perform according to our goals. You are the groups spokesperson and manage the groups needs and priorities, as well as being part of the groups production capacity and overall competence. As Team Lead you will lead, distribute and develop your team work and to some extent be involved in the operational work.
Example of tasks to achieve in the role:
* Responsible for team delivery.
* Document and communicate the overarching design for the domain.
* Identify and drive strategic enablers and change initiatives within the domain.
* Coordinate and lead team delivery in relation to other teams and other IT projects/initiatives.
The team is very loyal and caring and they always support each other and makes sure that everyone is ok and have fun at work. You will rapport to Maj-Britt Christensen who is a warm, trustful and the most important thing is that the team is well.
Since E.ON is in a transformation and there is many changes happening at the same time we need a new colleague that has experience of working as a Domain Architect and Team Lead within the Integrations area. Your motivation comes from building relationships, lead people and set the strategic plan for the team. Working in a creative environment and take own initiative is something that inspires you. Leading people, drive innovation and harmonize processes is important for you as a person to feel successful. You have an eye for details, are structured and like solving group problems as well as finding solutions on your own.
