Job Summary
Are you interested in an opportunity to join our Enterprise IT Architecture team, with responsibility for External OT Security?
Tetra Pak Global Information Management sets the information management strategy and standards and works together with Tetra Pak's Global Process Owners to meet Tetra Pak's business strategy by determining the future state enterprise IT/OT architecture and ensuring we run projects & services that provide the greatest value for Tetra Pak and its customers.
What you will do
As a Domain Architect you will proactively follow industry trends and supplier roadmaps to drive enterprise OT architecture long-term directions and decisions in co-operation with business stakeholders. You must have a holistic view and drive consistent architecture and manage complexity in the IT/OT solution portfolio which we provide to Customers. You will engage with key business stakeholders to understand business strategy and innovation plans, to become a trusted advisor.
You will focus on:
Ensure product and project-level solution designs are aligned with architecture standards, platforms and patterns.
Ensure that projects are delivered with high quality forward-thinking solutions that meet business and customer needs.
Support project teams as Lead Architect in driving Architecture Fit and Architecture Blueprint, working with other Domain/Solution Architects.
Contribute to the high-level design (Blueprint) of projects as Domain Architect, translating requirements into solution design for your architecture domain.
Define and maintain architecture principles & guidelines and a multi-year roadmap for your architecture domain.
Identify and drive technical and innovation exploration activities.
Apply your broad security experience to cover other technical domains when needed to meet capacity demands.
Your technical domain will be External OT Security.

To build and maintain successful relations with stakeholders comes naturally to you. You have strong facilitation and communication skills. You are fluent in English, verbally as well as in writing. You have a clear understanding of IT/OT security architecture principles and best-practices. To be successful in this position you have:
10 years of broad IT and/or OT experience, with at least 5 years in Security.
Strategic thinking, capability-mapping, road mapping, as-is/to-be planning.
Abilities to distil complex topics into audience-friendly narratives.
Experience with secure AppDev lifecycle in modern tech stacks, preferably Microsoft and Open-Source.
Broad working knowledge of IT/OT security principles, patterns, artefacts and standards
Security constructs, limitations, and best-practices in Containers & Orchestration.
Secrets management and privileged access management in development and operations.
Authentication, authorization, and access architectures, including digital certificate infrastructures and encryption.
IT/OT network security, firewalls, access brokers.
Good understanding of Secure Software Development Lifecycle, Application Security Testing, Software Composition Analysis.
Experience in translating architectural goals to developer-level practices
Furthermore, you should have good general IT/OT Industry knowledge and ability to understand current and/or competing vendors or future competitors' strategies and product roadmaps. You have a university degree in IT or similar.
Any of the following optional experience will be considered an asset:
IEC 62443 experience is an advantage; certification will be considered a strong qualifier.
AppSec programme implementation (tooling, processes, culture, change management).
Microsoft (and/or other) Edge technologies, SDK, MQTT, (AMQP).
Zero-Trust Architecture concepts.
Open-source software management and compliance.
Central API Management concepts.
Architecture frameworks and certifications.
