Support Services:
The Support Services Unit is a part of H&M's Operations Tech Center, with the vision of providing a proactive, seamless and AI-powered end-to-end support experience to H&M group. As a part of the Support Services unit you will work across support areas including Store support, Global Helpdesk, Incident Management, AI powered Support Services, Operations Support Tech among others to deliver on the end-support vision.
Job Description
As a Domain Architect, your primary focus will be operationalizing Support Services' strategy to bridge the gap between strategy and execution. You will be responsible for ensuring that the Support Services' capabilities are aligned with the long-term needs of the business and H&M's overall enterprise architecture.
Your role includes supporting strategic activities related to the development, management and alignment of Support Services processes, services, information and technology i.e., conducting analysis, and identifying opportunities and constraints. You will need to develop conceptual and logical architectural designs, as well as artefacts serving as the target state guidance for the unit.
You will navigate multiple stakeholder demands and translate long-term goals into actionable tasks, leveraging your ability to zoom in and out of the big picture. An important part will be identifying interdependencies and use holistic thinking when designing and implementing solutions.
The role requires being able to understand and visualize concepts and the ability to identify and drive initiatives to address existing issues and opportunities.
As a Domain Architect within Support Services, you will play a crucial role in the transformation of Support Services. Some of your tasks will include to:
Analyze, design, develop and maintain roadmaps and implementation plans that enable the desired outcomes of the unit and Operations
Facilitate and orchestrate the delivery of target outcomes by advising and making architectural decisions in line with H&M's enterprise architecture
Ensure technology choices aligns across all Units within Operations and H&M group, including overall tech architecture and business strategy
Evaluate and drive continuous improvements from a technical and architectural point of view, enhancing end-to-end business value
You have a strong understanding and functional knowledge of:
Tech service management & delivery
Enterprise architecture
Architecture frameworks and modelling techniques
Business engineering principles and processes
Stakeholder management
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, we believe that you have the following qualities/competencies:
5+ years of enterprise architecture
Experience in recognizing structural issues, functional interdependencies, redundancies and applying business engineering and architectural principles for suitable solutions
Commitment to meet business needs and experience with coaching and guiding by facilitating and sharing best practice architecture thinking
Ability to communicate with experience of bringing together multiple stakeholders, both internal and external to execute on a common mission
In addition to this, nice to have qualifications include:
Experience with evaluating and driving continuous improvement initiatives
Experience in driving projects and managing delivering teams (onshore and offshore)
