• Experience significant professional growth, expanding your expertise in the domain, gaining exposure to enterprise-level architecture practices, developing leadership and coaching skills, and contributing to the advancement of architectural strategies and methodologies.
What is needed in this role:
• A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred. Additional certifications in enterprise architecture frameworks can be beneficial.
• Strong leadership skills to guide and influence teams, mentor junior architects, and facilitate decision-making.
• Strong ability to analyze complex systems, identify patterns, trends, and opportunities, and apply critical thinking to effectively address architectural challenges.
• Strong knowledge of architectural principles, frameworks, and methodologies to guide the development of robust and scalable solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Ability to think strategically and align architectural decisions with the organization's long-term goals and vision, considering both current and future needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels, convey complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner, and foster collaboration across teams.
• Understanding of business processes, financial principles, and organizational dynamics to ensure architectural decisions are aligned with business objectives and contribute to value creation.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in the field of architecture, through professional development, training, and networking opportunities.
