hela Sverige We are looking for a Documentation Support Specialist to a client with placement onsite in Ludvika.
This is a consulting assignment.
The position is full-time.
The assignment involves close collaboration with the client, which requires a high degree of flexibility and teamwork skills
Assignment
The client are seeking a Documentation Support Specialist for a temporary position to assist in the creation of essential documents that support our work processes. The ideal candidate will be an excellent listener with the ability to translate discussions and descriptions into guiding documents that enhance our operations.The client need a consultant that togetherwith suppliers of technical information and specifications, project managers or development engineers produce the relevant technical documentation. Information is provided on a highly detailed level to design, create and maintain technical documentation including user guides, system descriptions and specifications, user manuals, and other documents. The technical documentation domain covers one or more of the mechanical, electrical, control systems and programming engineering disciplines.
Requirements
0-6 years of work experience within the relevant field, and a Bachelor or Master degree orAnother technical degree with more than 10 years of work experience within the relevant field
Strong listening and communication skills.
Proficiency in writing clear and concise documents.
Fluency in both written and spoken English.
Ability to understand and translate complex discussions into structured documents.
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Ability to work with diverse teams and adapt to different communication styles.
Previous experience in documentation or a related field is preferred but not required.
Expectations
The candidate should be adaptable and open to working with individuals from various cultural backgrounds.
The candidate must be able to work independently with support from the team and deliver against set goals and deadlines.
The position is temporary, lasting a few months, with the possibility of extension
