hela Sverige Massive is looking for a documentation specialist to join our online RPG team. The documentation specialist will work with securing documentation for the processes and tools in the project, working mainly with texts and guides for our toolset and pipeline. This will include FAQs, troubleshooting articles and user guides to help new team members get started. Part of the role will also be devoted to instruction and user introduction presentations. This could be both for more experienced staff who need introductions to new areas of our toolset, as well as new hires needing a baseline introduction to our processes.
Areas of responsibilities
• Technical documentation of in house toolset
• FAQs revolving our tools
• Administration and set up of our Wiki pages
• Creation of tutorials
• Workshops and introduction presentations of our tools
You as a candidate
We are looking for a person who is passionate about spreading knowledge, both in written form and in presentations. The candidate we are looking for enjoys creating guides and FAQ?s for user cases. If this person is you, you would probably describe yourself as articulate, precise and through. Our ideal candidate has some experience from technical documentation and or creation of user guides and walkthroughs.
Skills
• Experience of working with Wiki pages
• Good knowledge of Outlook
• A good understanding of Visio
• Very good knowledge of Word
• Very good Power Point skills
• Excellent English skills, both verbal, and written
