Now we're looking for a documentation controller who wants to help us make a difference in the world.

About the job
As a documentation controller you have an important role in the documentation team and, thereby, for the product PureBallast. It is your responsibility to secure that customers receive correct documentation in time.
Key tasks:
* Generate standard manuals and manage adaptations according to order specifications.
* Prepare and generate spare parts catalogues.
* Being part of updating the complete portfolio of product documentation aimed for shipyards, shipowners, engineering companies and crew.
* Handle communication with external parties.
What you know
You hold a university degree in a suitable field and have experience from working with documentation. Of course, you are are fluent in English both oral and written. You are also skilled in MS Office and have easy to learn new software. If you have experience from topic-based writing, it's a merit.

A technical interest and understanding are important, since we believe that you need to understand the product you are working with.

The PureBallast product is marketed and sold entirely by Alfa Laval and you will act within the global Alfa Laval organization, with many international contacts, both internally and externally.
You will be employed by AlfaWall AB in Tumba.
