We are looking for a Documentation and Training Engineer
for our Services Division in Västerås.
The Services Division provides a full suite of products to help our customers optimize their asset value over the lifetime of the vehicles. We are the first choice for reliability, availability, maintainability and safety.

Your Role
You will be responsible for production and delivering of the customer documentation and training in projects according to the contract, in time and within the budget. You will plan, produce and provide the customer with the training programs required for operating and maintaining the equipment and systems supplied by Bombardier and our subcontractors/suppliers.
Your Challenges
Documentation and training are very important parts of our deliveries. You will be responsible for fully understanding the customer requirements and for agreeing with the customer the complete scope of supply of documentation and training in the project. The responsibility covers the entire documentation and training process including defining the scope, production, delivery and achievement of customer approval. The work is performed in project form in close cooperation with the project manager and other project team members including system designers and maintenance specialists.
Your Experience and Qualifications
In order to be successful in this position you need to have a Master of Science degree and a good understanding of complex technical systems.. You need to have at least five years of relevant working experience with knowledge in writing, editing and training processes. We expect you to be updated on best practice for format and content in modern technical manuals. Fluent Swedish and English is required.
