About the position:
We are looking for a skilled Documentation Analyst/Engineer to be part of our growing team. Help us to continue showing the third party developers all over the world how the UIQ Platform evolves with
the latest technologies, standards and UI design for upcoming mobile phone releases.
Working tasks will include structuring information and drive information analysis based on partners and third party developer needs. The documentation can be part of our SDK or other specific software
development kits that we produce. We always strive to work according to UIQ standards to produce documentation with the highest quality to our clients.
Education & skills:
A university degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Interaction Design, UI design or similar. It is an advantage if you have a pedagogical and/or English language degree.
You need to have good knowledge of the following:
• Experience from the software industry within the field of technical documentation, including analyzing and structuring information as well as supporting technical writers in their daily work.
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience
• Excellent skills in English communication, particularly in writing
• Experience of DITA and topic-based authoring is advantageous
• A background within software development as software developer, interaction designer or similar is advantageous.
