We are now looking for a Document Migration Responsible to help with the administrative work in the organizational change to move documents from the current Group Shares / File Storage to SharePoint and MS Teams.

The assignment is part-time of 50%Responsibilities
* Set up preparation communication and training for the migration workflow
* Close collaboration with Business Stakeholders to decide new document structure in SharePoint and plan and carry out the migration work
* Carry out migration work of documents from current group shares to SharePoint with the help of migration tool ShareGate
* Follow up migration work with business stakeholders, potentially carry out training

Need to have:
* English fluently written and spoken
* Structured and communicative
* Experience in Sharepoint online

Nice to have
* Basic understanding of Share Gate or other document migration tools
* Basic knowledge in training, communication and change management
* Fluent in Swedish

Personality
* Self-motivated and does not need to be told what to do, you take own initiatives
* Open minded and like challenges
* You like to work in a fast pace and have the ability to respond quickly to shifting demands
* Your social skills are high and enjoy working in a team, but will still be able to work independently within the framework of a project
* Structure and order of details and you work accurately, methodical and structured and are self-motivated


Other details
This is an interesting role for a well-known company in the fashion industry.

This assignment starts on April 6 and will run until the end of August 2020. You are employed by Jurek but work with our customer located in Marievik.

The service is part time and you will work 50%
