hela Sverige Publiceringsdatum2023-10-27ArbetsuppgifterOur client is looking for a Document Controller to support our Project Management Office in upcoming projects.
In the role of a Document Controller, your primary responsibilities will include managing the Document Management System (DMS), overseeing the archive and document register, and facilitating the distribution of technical project documentation both internally and externally.
Responsibilities:
• Evaluate the satisfaction of available procedures for document control and suggest improvements if necessary
• Prepare missing procedures as needed
• Follow procedures and implement them within your own area of responsibility
• Receive, register, and distribute internal and external technical project documentation
• Inform and distribute incoming technical documents according to the project's distribution matrix
• Continuously register revised technical documents
• Maintain document control according to Inter Discipline Check (IDC) standards
• Perform daily maintenance of the document register
• Participate in activities to ensure that project milestones are achieved
• Maintain IT systems for document control
• Mark all technical documents that are no longer valid as "VOIDED" in the document control system
• Perform document control using the Client's specified systems
• Ensure that all technical project documentation meets the Client's and project's requirements at the point of distribution
• Update and maintain register data and documentation attributes/meta data in the document control system
• Carry out tasks assigned by superiors
Requirements:
• Previous relevant experience
• Familiar with EPC, EPC+ and/or EPCM projects within the Industry sector
