Our strategy is to reduce emissions from power generation with a road map to achieve climate neutrality by 2050. Business Division Renewables is responsible for wind power and biomass. Investments in wind power is an important cornerstone to deliver our road map and we plan, build and own wind farms in five countries, onshore and offshore. Investment in biomass fuel is key to further reduce the emissions. We have about 350 employees.
Vattenfalls wind power business is growing fast and with this comes increased requirements on an efficient and structured way of handling documentation for new plants, work processes and tools. Generation Wind is now building an organization with a common Process Owner and Document Controllers in each country. And we want you to be our
Document Controller Sweden
You will have the overall responsibility for all the documentation needed for the operation of Vattenfalls Swedish wind assets.
Main responsibilities & work tasks
• Ensure compliance and facilitate the development of document control with standards, templates, procedures, processes and quality control according to Vattenfall/Renewables standards.
• Manage documents from Operations Sweden that shall be included in Renewables Management System. You will also be responsible for preparing and managing documentation for archive, both in hard copy and electronically.
• Be an active part and support the Generation Specialist to review and follow up projects before each tollgate for improved performance.
• Liaise and facilitate with Development Teams in the preparation and close out of documentation/final reports for completed projects.
• Liaise with Vendors to reassure a global interaction of information that is necessary to operate and maintain our assets in a safe way and according to the Generation O&M strategy.
• Take active part in the Generation Wind Document Control network as well as interface with other business functions.
• Train and assist staff members in the Document Process and used IT-Systems (Livelink and SAP DMS)
Qualifications
• University degree including technical subjects
• Experienced in document management on an advanced level
• Good computer and IT-system skills (experience from SAP DMS and LiveLink will be considered a merit)
• Fluency in English and Swedish, both written and spoken
• Knowledge of wind power terminology is also a merit Personal assets
