www.arthrocare.comPubliceringsdatum2010-11-25ArbetsuppgifterArthroCare is looking for a colleague to work with order processing in the Customer and Sales Support (CSS) department.
CSS is responsible for the processing of orders which come from ArthroCare's international customers. This involves taking full responsibility for the whole order flow process. From the moment the orders are received via fax or email, the input of the order into SAP, verification of contract terms and prices, invoicing, contact with the warehouse in Belgium regarding the shipment and finally ensuring that the complete order has arrived safely at the customer.
Daily duties include:
• Contact with customers regarding their orders and shipments. You will also be involved in the handling of returns and complaints.
• Administrating customer contracts. Verification and monitoring of the contract's terms and prices.
• Managing returns, complaints and inquiries from customers.
• Taking responsibility that every order is managed and completed correctly, and to ensure that the logistics function in the best possible way.
• Maintaining the department's professionalism by following a high ethical standard in accordance with the company's policy and to contribute and follow the established working processes which ensure quality, monitoring and control.
• Interaction with other departments to ensure the highest level of service from both a customer and business perspective.
Who are you?
We are looking for a team player with similar work experience. You are thorough, organized and accustomed to a fast pace. You are service orientated, adaptable, not afraid of taking on new challenges and enjoy solving problems. Experience of MS Office is essential as well as excellent English skills in both speaking and writing as the corporate language is English. Experience of SAP is a merit.
