Worktasks
Your worktasks will include identifying existing HR processes including the recruitment processes. An important part of the assignment is identifying the gaps between the current state in the recrutiment process and the desirable position. You will independently draw down processes and report these in user-friendly descriptions. The processes will then be reported and communicated to both managers and employees.
Another part of the project is gathering all health-oriented activities at Oriflame, package them and present suggestion on how they can be promoted internally,
Your profile
• Relevant education i.e. HRM, analytics, organisational development
• Experience from independant project based work
As a person you are creative, structured and analytical. You're fluent in english, both written and orally. Second language is considered meritorius.
