GLOMOprovidesdigital consulting services and software development. We are specialists within sports betting, and work with the biggest clients in this segment. Business development at GLOMO means that you play a key role in expanding our current business area, by strategically analyze and identify new business opportunities. Alongside this, an important part of your job will be to build and nurture long-term client relationships. You will be part of an organization that encourage creative ideas and gives you autonomy ownership of your work. Furthermore, you will work in an international team with a great team spirit and lots of laughs during the day.

About GLOMO

GLOMO designs and develops web solutions and mobile applications primarily within the sports betting industry. We have a solid and long experience within this segment and have since 2015 been a strategic development partner to the big platform provider Kambi and therefore have clients such as ATG, 888sport, and Mr Green. GLOMO has approximately 25 employees; IT-strategists, project managers, product owners, developers, and designers. Currently, Christina and Louise are managing the business development but are now seeking an ambitious employee to help them expand GLOMO's primary business area - sports betting. You will be working closely with them in your role. The office is located in Stureplan, the heart of Stockholm, in a nice facility and with good travel communications.

Job duties

Working with business development at GLOMO will give you an overall responsibility to run our business from the beginning to end, while having continuous dialogue with our clients, partners, and colleagues. You will therefore have several contacts in your role where we expect you to build long term business relations. Additionally you will also:

• Be responsible for GLOMO's portfolio of sports betting products
• Analyzing the market and identify new opportunities together with partners and clients
• Own the P&L for your area and build a profitable sales funnel from both a short term- and long term perspective
• Follow-up and report profitability, sales, and budget

Requirements

• You have a genuine interest and/or experience from sports betting and/or sports.
• Previous experiences within business development is a plus but not requirement.
• Fluent in English both spoken and written, since all communication will be made in English. Swedish is a plus but not a requirement.
• Traveling is a part of this role and it is therefore important that you can travel unhindered.

You dare to contribute with new angles and ideas in order to fulfil our clients' needs and requests, as well as develop GLOMO's current products. We believe that you have great communication skills since this role requires several contacts where you will meet both new and existing clients. Also, we believe that you have a passion for this industry with good knowledge and understanding of sports betting.
