Together with our customers we drive innovation to create eco-friendly yet premium consumer packaging, while meeting the growing demands for a greener more sustainable world.We are now strengthening our Communications and Marketing team in the Consumer Board division with a Marketing Manager to drive our marketing communications.Your responsibilitiesWe offer you an exciting opportunity to develop, coordinate and lead the work around the divisional marketing in all our markets; to manage and coordinate the day to day marketing activities supporting the long-term marketing strategy for the division.The position contains responsibility to coordinate the whole end-to-end process around the marketing plan; evaluating and developing marketing strategies, planning and coordinating marketing efforts, executing and measuring the overall marketing initiatives in continuous alignment with Stora Enso's overall brand strategy. So, you will be able to see the results of your work and make continuous improvements!You will lead the development and management of the product brands and brand architecture for Consumer Board's product portfolio as well as plan and execute product launches and campaigns across the division, aligned with the corporate brand guidelines. You will also be responsible for developing and managing strong content marketing communications and efficient channels prioritized in line with sales strategy and objectives.Are you our perfect match?Being a team player with the ability to manage multiple projects, work with diverse teams and meet demanding deadlines will help you master this exciting and important role within Stora Enso Consumer Board division.We believe you are a purpose driven yet results-based marketer with good ability and willingness to manage both strategic and tactical marketing tasks.We also think you have a passion for and a strong track record in translating brand vision, business opportunities into news worthy and eye catching creative content that fuels our PR, PA, Social Media and corporate communication channels.We think a good background for this position could include· MSc Marketing, Business Administration or similar and at least 5 years' experience from relevant marketing positions within strategic marketing communications· Solid experience from developing marketing strategies and plans · Strong market and customer focus, and a business development mindset· Experience from new product and service launches and campaigns, including brand messaging and brand positioning· Strong project management skills with the proven ability to drive projects with many stakeholders involved· Ability to organize work and manage own time to handle pressure and tight timetables· Skills in service marketing, product marketing and experience in driving digital marketing in multinational B2B matrix corporations, with proficiency in digital marketing platforms (ex Hubspot) and CRM (ex Microsoft Dynamics)· Strong ability to convey structured analysis and conclusions in presentations, with excellent skills in powerpoint and excel· Excellent writing and presentation skills in EnglishAdditional InformationLocation of the position is preferably Stockholm, Sweden, also Helsinki, Finland is possible.In this position you will report to the Senior Vice President, Head of Communications and Marketing, Consumer Board.
