We are looking for driven Communications Professional to join our divisional Marketing Communications team. Your mission
As a Divisional Communications Professional (Internal Communication) you will be a central part of the marketing communications team and serve in the core of our communication strategies, be an active part in driving our division's journey and changes through internal activities and communication assets.
You are an excellent communicator with superior writing skills that will support you in publishing relevant and inspiring content in our different channels. You have broad knowledge of internal communication and employer branding and as a creative doer you are used to think outside of the box. You will be working closely with our divisional management team and you will be supporting functional managers within the division.
Job description
Your key responsibilities include developing and executing the internal communication strategy and plan, and be the owner of the overall internal communication. In this role, you will ensure that our division works successfully with different communications channels suitable for our employees and internal and other stakeholders such as future employees. The marketing communications department is also responsible for external marketing communication, business area related activities such as our customer magazine, common web pages and international exhibitions and events.
In internal communications you will ensure the information flow within the organization, mainly via the intranet, emailing, in-person communication and other activities like events. Our intranet platform is SharePoint and you are expected to handle some issues of administrative nature to support users and control future development. All communication activities and material produced should be in line with the Epiroc's Brand Identity, safeguarding our Brand equity. In this role, you will report to the Global Manager of Brand and Communications in the Underground division.

Location & travel
Flexible, preferably in Örebro or in Sweden. Occasional travel will be required in this position.

A skilled professional communicator with a positive can-do attitude and experience from working both independently and in cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be innovative, creative and organized with excellent project management skills. You have a University degree in marketing, advertising, media & communication or business administration and relevant work experience from similar roles. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills on native level of English and strong skills in Adobe CC.
