You will be part of the management team for the Division and lead the development of today's and tomorrows business. Your responsibilities lies within business development, product development and engineering, marketing, strategic pricing and customer support. You will have 25 colleagues and 5 managers, reporting directly to you, to help you.
You will be responsible for the development and implementation of our growth strategy which is the foundation for how the division should strengthen its market position the coming 5 years. This plan consists of strategies for development of current and future products/systems, establishing customer needs to be prioritized and how we should clarify our customer value and secure long-term profitability.
The role is broad were the strategic content and future issues are vital but the role is also very outward with an operational content. You will lead and run the development of your own organization but also work internationally to a great extent.
The hydraulics group has a development centre in Borås but also in the U.S, China and Korea where our skills to develop the cooperation and take advantage of the synergies will have a great impact for the development of our business. The main part of our sales goes through Parkers sales companies as it does for other divisions within the group. You will build relationships and clarify how a close cooperation with us will help them develop their businesses.
We are looking for a experienced and driven business developer with a deep understanding in the technical area and with a background within the mobile industry or a background with a subcontractor of components and system. You have worked internationally and have an understanding of the conditions of a global company.
Likely you have a master of science in civil engineering, but above all you have an understanding of commercial  technical development and are driven by working strategically, developing business and colleagues and deliver excellent results.
