Job Description
We are pleased to announce that Ramboll is hiring for a Division Manager in our Urban Design business. As a Division Manager you will be responsible for leading the division in line with Ramboll's strategy, which means engaging & inspiring department managers and their teams.

One of the key responsibilities in this role is to drive and develop the sustainability agenda within Urban Design to ensure that our offer is relevant and future oriented. The Division Manager shall do so by being a role model of our values. This role requires the ability to create positive change by setting a clear vision and strategy and break it down to practical activities/objectives. With a strategic mindset and extensive client relationships, as well as a developed sales plan you may steer the division in the right direction.

You will join our Urban Design division within Transport
The division Urban Design is a national organization that consist of three departments within Urban planning and Landscape architecture. 60 employees located in Stockholm, Uppsala, Falun, Göteborg and Malmö work with urban planning, urban development, landscape architecture and road design.
Our largest clients are municipalities, property developers, contractors, and public authorities. Example of projects that we currently are working with is the development of "Södra Porten" - a new type of industrial park in Botkyrka with focus on biodiversity, resource management and climate adaption. We are also developing an infrastructural plan for ned districts in southeast Uppsala including 21 500 new housings, a new railway station and a railway. The project includes pre-design of streets, storm water solutions and guidelines for development plans, aiming to achieve neutral or positive climate impact with circularity and innovation at the core.
Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
Leading through others (manager for managers)
Business development, marketing and sales
Workforce planning (Strategic recruitment & Talent management)
Project ownership & Client relations
Profit & Loss for division Urban Design

Experience in Commercial Project management & Consulting
Background in architecture, urban planning or landscape architecture
Relevant University Degree or Qualification
Demonstratable experience in Sales & marketing
Able to Lead through others
Knowledge and understanding of Change Management

Personal qualities that will ensure you succeed in this role include having high stakeholder management skills, as well as an excellent collaborator with experience to be able to represent Ramboll with our key clients.
