As Division controller you are responsible for leading, challenge and develop a group of business controllers.
You are responsible for the controlling at one of our 4 divisions and will together with Division Head and Division designer set the vision, strategy and goals to secure growth and profitability in the long and short term.
As Division controller you are working closely to H & M's global production offices to build buying strategies that includes flexibility and profitability.
You will also have a regular cooperation with the sales markets for setting goals for sales and timing of the goods received. In addition, you will build strong future leaders for the entire H & M by developing your team.
We are looking for you who:
• Has at least 3 years' experience in controlling within H&M
• Is a strong leader, preferably with previous experience in leadership
• Lives H & M values.
• Has created strong results in previous roles at H&M
• Demonstrates salesmanship and a passion for the H&M business.
• Has analytical and strong ability to develop analysis method and controlling in your team.
• Preferably has experience from various organizations within the H&M Group.
