DISTRIBUTION ASSISTANT Wanted!
Beskrivning av arbetsuppgifter:
Reporting to the Distribution Director and the Managing Director, the Distribution Assistant will mainly look after the smart card and contract management of the Nordic Clients. He/She will also assist the Managing Director in his daily tasks. So her/his main tasks are twofold:
1/ Distribution Administration:
• Smart cards:
o Ordering and sending out smart cards to clients/agents in the Nordics
o Monthly reporting to Paris on smart cards status for invoicing
o All other matters linked to smart cards
• Contract Management:
o Registration of all Nordic Distribution contracts
o Updating the contract information in the Distribution software (SNAP)
• Subscribers reports:
o Check monthly subscribers reports from Nordic agents/cable operators
o Building the Nordics subscribers report and sending it to Paris
2/ Managing Director Support:
• Travel bookings
• Expenses claim
• Other Services: Filing, answering the phone and other ad-hoc services requested by the Managing Director
Beskrivning av kvalifikationer:
SKILLS
You will have a high school degree and previous experience in a similar or equivalent role. Fluent in English and Swedish, you are familiar with Microsoft office and especially excel.
With good organizational and communication skills, you are accurate and used to multi-tasking. Service-minded, you are an active player of the team.
