We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Engineer in the Channel Business Unit within TE Connectivity. We are searching for an engaged, customer oriented, communicative and competent team player to be a vital part of our successful company. This position reports into the Regional Sales Manager located in Norway.

The Sales Engineer is responsible for selling the company?s products or services in the assigned territory and maintaining relationships with existing distribution partners and direct customers in Sweden. You will identify opportunities at these key distributors and direct customers and to coordinate the most effective approach to drive incremental growth and new opportunities The successful candidate will establish the TE Connectivity product portfolio on the market by delivering technical support and design-in at customers. You will work close with the Business Unit Product Managers and have frequent engagements with the sales and marketing teams.

To be successful in this position, the Sales Engineer will need to develop new accounts and/or expand existing accounts within the established territory and find new applications for TE Connectivity products.

The Sales Engineer will need to have a Bachelor?s Degree in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering or related field combined with sales experience. Understanding the engineering design process and cycle and knowledge of TE products is also a requirement. The individual will need to be comfortable with analyzing and interpreting data to understand the trends emerging in the market. You need to be fluent in both English and Swedish and have a willingness to travel in work.
