PURPOSE OF JOB
Ensure highest levels of product supply to the markets in line with market forecasts, sales trends and product availability.
Work with markets and Supply Chain team to maximize the business opportunities for Oriflame and minimize the risk of stock outs in the field. Provide the Managing Directors and local Market contacts with Supply Outlook reports for future catalogue periods, looking at New product launches quantities, Merchandised product supplies and Limited Life allocations.

• Complaint Handling
• Supply Processing
• Pro-actively monitor KPI’s aiming at continuous improvement process.
• Database Management
QUALIFICATIONS
Educational degree: Degree in a business related field.
Min 5 years of Supply/Distribution Planning experience in an international environment and matching profile against skills and competency model.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Excellent communication skills and customer orientation attitude
Process orientated with a team approach
Strong problem solving skills
Dynamic and self motivated
Fluency in English, other European languages an advantage
PC Proficient, especially in Excel and Access Queries
