hela Sverige A challenging role where you are given a key role to establish and set up the organization Distribution. Saab Aeronautics is undergoing change to meet new global requirements so you as a person should enjoy working in a dynamic, changing environment and have high ambitions. In this role you will manage, operate & change processes for inbound & outbound goods.
Your role
As Distribution Manger you will be part of the local management team and responsible for the day-to-day operation together with securing and setting up new business plans for customers connected to transportsmanagement, customs and logistics operations.
The main tasks are:
* Responsible business owner for freight forwarding, customs and supply chain issues for Aeronautics
* Responsible for ensuring that all handling takes complies with current processes and routines
* Follow up, analyze and report activities & key figures
* Work on developing work environment in accordance with laws and regulations
* Work and drive improvement suggestions for processes
* Work with current situation analyzes (profitability, work structure, etc.)
* Responsible for running, managing and coordinating local projects
* Creating and maintaining contact with stakeholders
Your profile
You are an engaged and driven business professional with a background in distribution and/or logistics. You have experience in transport management, customs and distribution of goods. You are a great team player, have great communication skills and find it easy to interact with different stakeholders.
Required skills:
* B.Sc/M.Sc. or minimum 3 years of relevant working experience within transport management
* Good knowledge of Excel
* Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, verbal and written
* Leadership experience (meritorious)

* Strategic thinking with an analytical ability
* Structured with high planning ability
* Profit oriented, cost conscious & driven
* Quality- and process-oriented
* Leadership characteristics with a high focus on the team

This position requires that you will be approved in a security screening in accordance with the Swedish Protective Security Act.
