As a Distribution coordinator Nordic-Baltic in the Global Logistics function you will manage the operation of distribution services including Inbound and Outbound processes, collaborating with supplying sites and ensuring supply and delivery of products manufactured in-house or by an outsourced partner meet the market sales demand.





Main duties and responsibilities

* Owns Inbound and Stock management within distribution centre, undertakes process planning, communicates objectives and monitors performance to ensure Inbound and stock activity against agreed targets
* Accountable for weekly short term supply issue reporting in strong collaboration with supply sites and commercial teams
* Manages the movement of stock between warehouse and external customers
* Monitors, reports and improves inbound processes: owns the monthly SoX controls (including stock reconciliation, destruction reconciliation, inventory accuracy)
* Monitors and maintains compliance to current Good Distribution Practices, Safety, Health and Environment and Sarbanes Oxley business procedures. Follows AstraZeneca financial policies
* Promotes continuous improvement, identifying and delivering performance improvements
* Conducts activities and interactions consistent with Company values and in compliance with the Code of Conduct and supporting Policies and Standards relevant to the role



Essential Requirements

* Higher education (BA/MA degree in Economics)
* Fluent English both spoken and written.



Desirable Requirements

* Experience in pharma industry and supply chain
* Professional qualification in distribution
* Experience of project work under tight deadlines and service levels across different technology bases
* Experience in SAP



The position will be based in Södertälje, Sweden. This is an 18 months position with the possibility to extend. Start date as soon as possible.
