hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Eccho Rights AB i Stockholm Eccho Rights is an independent distributor of international television series and formats. We are now recruiting for the role of Distribution Coordinator to facilitate deliveries of our series to clients all over the world.
By volume, Eccho Rights is one of the world's top television distributors, licensing over 11,000 hours of drama series in 2017. The Distribution Coordinator's principle responsibility is managing the delivery of these series in the form of video files and support material to broadcasters worldwide.
The job:
* Co-ordination between production companies and post-production houses for the delivery of series to the Stockholm office.
* Arranging with translation companies for the creation of scripts, subtitling and dubbing services.
* Planning and executing the after-sales process with clients, delivering episodes and support materials through our Aspera server or physical delivery on hard disk.
* Providing support to Eccho Rights' marketing team with a variety of tasks, eg, logistics and planning for trade shows, delivery of material to the media, maintaining social media accounts.
* Some general office management tasks.
About you:
* You are an enthusiastic, fast learner with great organisational skills, but also able to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
* You are comfortable with IT and familiar with both Mac and PC working environments. Please list any specific software competencies in your application.
* You have some experience of project management and logistics/delivery systems.
* You may have previous experience of working with different video file formats and editing.
* You will be based at our Stockholm office. While you don't have to speak Swedish, good written and spoken English is a must as you will be in daily contact with team members and clients from all over the world. A second/third language is of course a positive!
