WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Axis’ business model is strictly indirect and all sales go through a network of distribution partners who, in turn, service thousands of system integrator and installation customers to provide end-users with leading network video surveillance solutions. Working as an integral part of the distribution team you will be comfortable prioritising multiple tasks and fully understand what excellent customer service is.
You will be empowered to take complete ownership of your tasks and your main responsibilities will include:
• Gathering and checking monthly Point of Sale (PoS) data reports for distribution partner rebates
• Supporting distribution customers with day-to-day requests and seeing them through to successful completion
• Working with the order team and Key Account Managers (KAMs) to prioritise orders when necessary
• Assisting Distribution Account Managers (DAMs) in undertaking specific distributor marketing and operational activity
• Managing and updating of distributor catalogue entries
You will be based at Axis’ HQ in Lund, Sweden, the role is predominantly office based and will require occasional travel around the Northern Europe region to meet with customers and support the DAMs.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for a service-minded and result oriented person with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team without close supervision. It’s important that you are able to multi task and that you have the motivation to deliver and the ability to take on responsibility.
You have excellent attention to detail and you are structured and systematic in your work. You will have strong analytical skills and will most likely have gained previous experience from working in a role where you have generated and analysed sales figures.
The ideal candidate will have:
• Experience/knowledge from working in a sales or marketing office
• Strong customer service experience
• Very good knowledge within MS Office
• Fluent in Swedish and English, written and verbal
