Stora Enso Logistics mission is to design, procure, manage and administrate outbound logistics in Stora Enso. Our scope comprises the physical flow of cargo as well as the related information flows. We work closely with the business areas of Stora Enso and contracted logistic service providers to fulfil our mission. Stora Enso Logistics belongs to Business Area Printing and Reading, and delivers group wide services. We are approx.150 employees operating in Sweden, Finland, Estonia, Germany, Belgium and UK.
Within Stora Enso Logistics, the department of Land Services Scandinavia takes care of Procurement and Management of Land transports, capacity planning and administration.
Description
Stora Enso Logistics is starting a new Logistic Service Center to coordinate dispatching of Land transports from Swedish production units. We are now looking for a dispatcher to Land Services Scandinavia for a permanent employment.
As a dispatcher you will perform the following tasks:
• Planning and booking of transport capacity from mills and related warehouses
• Follow up and monitoring of transports
• Contact towards production units and Customer Service Centers
• Super user for IT dispatch-tools
• Close contact with procurement regarding supplier performance
• Potential future development towards team leader responsibility for the dispatch function
Requirements
The profile of the position holder:
• Bachelor degree in logistics or equivalent
• Relevant experience of logistics in particular land transports
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent cooperation skills, including good ability to work in an international environment
• Strategic and analytical skills
• Fluent in English
The position holder will report to Director Land Services Scandinavia
