As a Dispatch Coordinator, you will manage the scheduling and dispatching of trucks, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries to our customers. Your role will involve coordinating with carriers, monitoring lead times, resolving logistical challenges, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. By optimizing routes and collaborating across departments, you will help reduce costs, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain high-performance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Organize and schedule truck dispatches, customer orders, and stock replenishment.
Monitor and track the status of shipments, ensuring on-time deliveries.
Collaborate with internal teams, including Procurement, IT, and Order Fulfillment, to optimize operations.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high service levels.
Ensure compliance with all transport regulations and company guidelines.
Promote a safe, diverse, and inclusive work environment in alignment with Stora Enso's Leadership Model.
Your location will be Skutskär and you will be working in Biomaterials Division. You will report to Logistics manager Order fulfillment.
Who are we looking for?
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
Practical experience in logistics, order fulfillment, or supply chain planning is a plus.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent planning and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to make data-driven decisions and continuously seek improvements.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
Knowledge of logistics software and industry regulations.
Resilience under pressure and ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
