Reports to: Guest Service Manager
Top 4 responsibilities:
• Provide front desk services for all Guests
• Answer main switchboard calls, appropriately route calls
• Facilitate Guest requests & assist in the delivery of Guest items to staterooms
• Provide Guest information and assistance as needed on Castaway Cay
Job Responsibilities:
• Maintain a cash float of at least USD 500,00, responsible for cash handling, currency exchange and
balancing monies
• Take action and follow through on all Guest issues
• Responsible for computer work associated with Guest transactions
• Assist in any other areas of Guest Services, as required
Required Experience, Qualifications, Education:
• Minimum one year front desk/guest services experience in a high volume hotel or resort ( 200+
rooms)
• Familiarity with front office computer software and proficiency in common software such as MS
Word and Excel
• Ability to work in a fast paced, multi tasked environment
• Ability to deal with difficult Guests and handle multiple situations simultaneously
• Fluent in English, knowledge in Spanish is a big plus
