Discipline owners for following area:
1. Automation.
2. Electrical.
3. Documentation.
4. Mechanical.
• Develop design guideline and best practice for applicable discipline (Automation, Electrical, Mechanical, Documentation). The design guideline should clearly describe the best practice for an applicable design / function / application
• Maintain and update the design guideline to reflect customer and internal design and documentation needs on applicable discipline.
• Secure that the design guideline is known and used in the E&S organization.
• Support the organization to understand the design guideline.
• Continuously develop applicable discipline to the next level with the customer in mind.
• Initiate and drive improvement projects and initiatives, such as cost reduction projects, harmonization projects, quality projects, etc
• Facilitate discipline trainings
• Work as a support function and expertise when needed in the customer projects
• Together with CTO drivers secure that all systems are up to date technically
• Network with other Alfa laval working with similar tasks, such as Automation Development, R&D, Doc Hub, etc)
• Drive, attend and maintain risk assessments for all systems within your application area.
• Develop new products agreed within NPD as well as update of current systems within your range. This can be added features, new market demands, demands related to compliance - this in alignment with the yearly plan done together with product management and sales. this according to the process we will develop)
• Take responsibility to align with all product responsible for systems to have a harmonisation over the HSS range
• Support in system and application training for customers, service ,sales, E&S etc.
• Support start up and troubleshooting of systems when related to the standard product. This task is in general done by project manager and you shall only support when your expertise related to the standard product is needed.
