Do you have good experience within process instrumentation? COWI is now looking for more employees to help our customers in the green transition. With us, you will work with projects in the industry's green transition in Sweden and internationally.
Create the solutions that will enable a better tomorrow
We are looking for a discipline lead instrument engineer to become part of a team of skilled and fun experts and specialists. We currently have about 600 employees at the offices in Gothenburg/Stenungsund, of which 40 are in Electrical & Automation Technology.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing instrumentation and process control regulation systems. You will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Your daily work and responsibilities include:
• Project lead instrumentation
• Design process control and safety systems
• Functional safety and SIL verification
• Installations in ATEX environment
• Create specifications for field instruments
• Review and approval of design deliveries
• RFQ for installation contracts
• Cost calculations
• Commissioning and handover to client.

In addition, you have:
• MSc. or BSc. in electrical, automation, instrument engineering or similar field.
• Several years of working experience in process industries such as petrochemical, refineries, power plants and biotechnology.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Swedish language can be an advantage.
