Job Summary
We are looking for a Director WCM that will be overall responsible for the implementation of WCM in all areas of PSE. You will lead a team of WCM champions assuring that the prioritized Must Do 's and activities are delivering the expected results.
You will work in a global arena, building the required capabilities, with the full scope of PSE.
What you will do
Develop and lead the implementation of the Integrated Industrial Food Solutions World Class Management strategy, master plan and World Class Management performance indicators
Develop and lead the implementation of World Class Management methodology in all areas of PSE, application and promotion through training, assessments, audits and coaching to contribute to the business strategy and results
Lead PSE World Class Management capability planning and execution
Assure that World Class Management activities are run and that they are contributing to the established targets for quality, cost and delivery by supporting and coaching pillars
Plan and drive resource management and competence development of World Class Management champions, World Class Management managers and pillar leaders
Promote World Class Management continuous improvement and zero-defect mindset, leading by example and driving change management, to achieve a World Class organization
We believe you have
We believe that you have a Master's degree within Engineering or equivalent and a proven track record of minimum 5 years within implementing and driving World Class Management and Continuous improvements in a complex global environment. Experience from operations, production or engineering environment, leading people and activities and at least 5 years in a managerial role is a must.
As a person, you have demonstrated excellent communication skills and you have a proven ability to develop effective relationships and gain credibility on all levels in an organization.
You possess a high-level business understanding, autonomy with strong drive for results and outstanding stakeholder management, influencing skills and the ability to drive and implement change.
A very good command of English, both written and oral is required.
