What you 'll do?
As being part of Warranty Office you will take on a global role and have 5 direct reports. You will be
Challenged by global responsibility for Warranty Policies and procedures for Sales company and Retailers. You will be working closely with our Sales companies, R&D, CMQ and have the opportunity to impact different areas of quality by using data analyses.
You can expect a dynamic work, being involved in questions from product quality to dealer processes, working extremely cross-functional. The span of the role is very broad, you will build a huge network and will give you the opportunity to be understand the whole chain from product development to sales. Taking care of a smooth flow tracking the quality, having an impact on the strategy and the customer satisfaction are only some of the attractive parts of your role.
Besides leading and developing warranty operations, you will have a team of passionate colleagues, who work on global level. You will support them, take care of the team and each individual development.
Right now the strategy is settled and you will more or less focus on delivering, being part of a team, make sure that you build a strong collaboration with all relevant stakeholders, share your knowledge and experience. Continuous improvements, development of the team and the warranty operations will be your main focus area.
You and your skills
You coming from Sales or Retail company, connected to the automotive industry. We believe that at least five years of work in this area would give you solid understanding of how dealers operate, what is the practice in customer service and what would be expected from our part to place us on the top level when it comes to customer satisfaction.
In general, we believe you have more than 10 years of working experience, have a senior approach with integrity and strong business acumen that will help you to prosper in this role. You have a strong background and knowledge within Warranty, Product development and Customer Service experience. <span style="line-height: 115%; font-family: "Arial",sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; mso-ansi-language: EN-GB; mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA;">While working on a global level and cross functionally, you will experience additional complexity which you can overcome with your excellent communication skills, transparency and proficiency in English.
You have leading experience and coaching approach. Your communication is transparent and you have excellent corporation skills. Creativity, positive attitude and professionalism are crucial to prosper in this role. Therefore we re are looking for a creative, driven and performance driven individual, who enjoys working in disruptive environment, full of changes and opportunities for improvements. You need to be structured, know how to prioritize and have at the same time a holistic view and conceptual thinking.
