hela Sverige Your key responsibilities in this role will be to define our sales strategy, plans and targets and to grow sales in Sweden. You will manage and development the sales team and ensure long term development of our customer relationships.
This role can be placed either in Gothenburg or Stockholm, and you will be reporting to the Managing Director of the Nordic region based in Denmark.
Responsibilities
• Define Strategy, plans and target for our Key Accounts and Partners
• Ensure incoming order and margins according to budget
• Analyze the marketplace to identify new market segments, customer opportunities or challenges for company solutions.
• Successfully forecast outlook according to Ascom MPR (Monthly Performance Review) including Sales pipeline, growth initiatives, sales performance etc.
• Maintain key customer/account relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company customer base.
• Exemplify the Ascom sales process incl. corporate guidelines.
• Managing and growing your team by providing solution and strategic training, coaching and mentoring
• Participates with colleagues Director Sales in cross divisional activities/projects when requested.
• Be the regional owner of the company's Sales Excellent Program and apply/execute the coaching activities as agreed upon.
• Play a central role in representing Ascom in high profile marketing events.
As member of the Nordic Management team you will have a shared responsibility for the overall strategic and operational planning, execution of business initiatives and improvement of the operational business performance.
Qualifications
• Proven Sales Management experience in B2B business.
• Substantial experience at a senior leadership level, preferably in a Healthcare industry.
• Proven experience in operating as part of a regional leadership team that places high emphasis on collaborative decision making, and fostering a high degree of coordination between functions.
• Knowledge of Healthcare ICT and the ability to understand technical system configuration across different market segments.
• Experience with solution sales, especially proven track record of own sales execution, direct and/or indirect.
• Track record of high-value target achievement, complex sales, specifically solution sales.
• Develop and maintain partnerships.
• Experience with developing growth and profitability strategy in sales teams that can be converted into a clear action plan.
• Swedish mother tongue understanding of Danish / Norwegian
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Able to travel extensively with occasional international travel required.
