We are looking for a dynamic and strategic leader with a strong execution mindset to join us as Director Strategy & Business Development - Naval Segment, focusing on our Propeller Systems and Stabilisers portfolio. In this role, you will define the long-term strategies and turn them into action, driving initiatives that reinforce our position as a trusted naval supplier.
You will lead growth in the naval maritime market, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure flawless execution in a highly regulated, mission-critical environment. As a member of the business unit management team, reporting directly to the SVP Propeller Systems and Stabilisers, you will play a key role in shaping the future of naval. Working closely with Sales, you will transform growth plans into concrete actions and secure successful implementation. Key responsibilities
Lead Strategic Growth Programs: Identify and manage initiatives that expand our presence in naval market and secure long-term partnerships.
Influence Product Strategy: Collaborate with Product Managers to align offerings with evolving naval requirements and mission-critical standards.
Build Strong Partnerships: Work closely with sales, engineering, and external stakeholders to shape strategies that meet naval procurement needs.
Execute with Excellence: Align resources and priorities to deliver commitments for naval programs while exploring new market opportunities.
