Being responsible for the global Spare Parts and Information team you will lead the team delivering an efficient Spare Parts assortment and information for improved maintainability with high quality in the most efficient way.
Accountabilities & Responsibilities
You will be responsible for leading and developing all people in the global team through your management team. You will have responsibility for budget, investments and project portfolio deliveries.
As a member of the global management team you will also have responsibilities to help develop the total towards set objectives.
Education & Experience
You have a Master?s degree in Engineering or equivalent education
You have at least 5 years? people leadership experience within Product Development or similar
You have experience from Engineering or Aftermarket Business

You have a strong customer focus and managerial courage.
You have a well-developed business and organizational understanding.
Behavioural Competencies
You have high integrity and trust
Your negotiation and networking skills are required to interface with engineering, sales and logistics colleagues and other departments with the aim of optimizing.
You have the drive to continuously develop the Spare Parts engineering and information processes and deliverables as well as your personal abilities and behaviors
Professional Skills
You have an understanding of the engineering processes and how they relate to the Aftermarket solution deliverables
