You will manage and coach a well-developed organization consisting of three teams; TAC, Training and Professional Services. Service delivery is in total 20 employees. You will have one direct reporting manager who runs the TAC and Training business but also run one team yourself. You are responsible for setting the goals and team activities and driving the budget process internally. Furthermore, you will support bid processes and quotation of service openings, implement support for new service offerings including ales activities within the region. It will also be your task to follow up and report key-performance indicator to management team for the professional services department.
To be successful in this task we think that you might have a university degree, such as M.sc or equivalent education with least 5 years of experience of either a telecom operator or a telecom vendor. A must is that the right candidate has customer knowledge and an understanding how services are sold and implemented. You also need to have a technical interest and a service oriented attitude.
