Job Summary

The Director, Sales & Engagement Excellence is part of the Group Function Sales Team reporting to Head of Sales & Engagement Excellence.

This role will drive Sales and Engagement Practice (EP) Excellence through close collaboration with Sales and EP Communities in the regions, Business Units and other Group Functions. The responsibility includes driving coordinated activities to grow our global sales across all regions and also to develop the global sales strategy, Go to Market, sales methodologies and Ways of Working.

In this position you work closely with multiple stakeholders on executive level and across all organizations to drive our sales growth. Your main interfaces are the regional Sales and Engagement Practice organizations and the BU Sales Management, keeping an active dialog to identify and drive improved ways of working. You initiate and drive change to further grow our global sales.

Responsibilities & Tasks

Responsible to drive, support and coordinate the development of the Ericsson sales strategy and Go to Market Model, Ways of Working with relevant stakeholders in Regions, BU?s, GF?s
Drive/support sales strategy execution
Drive/support global initiatives (Growth+)
Drive Global Sales and Engagement Practice communities
Drive global Key Deal Process across 10 regions, 4 Business Units and 5 Targeted Areas
Develop and evolve KAM, AM, EP and BU Ways of Working to support the overall sales transformation
Sales Performance Management
Responsible to define and drive embedment of Engagement and Go to Market Model in the regions.

Qualification:

Master degree within relevant area
5-10 years of experience in Sales and/or Management Consulting with profit and loss responsibility
KAM or Practice Head experiences a plus
Core 3 experience a plus
Experience in driving global change programs

Personal skills:

Excellent communication and presentation skills
Consultative skills
Creative and innovative
Structured with excellent planning and organizing skills
Leading experience especially virtual teams
Broad understanding of Ericsson's business and organization across BUs, GFs and Regions
Fluent in English
