In Gothenburg, Volvo Group Real Estate is leading the Campus Lundby project, creating a unique center for development of transport solutions. Campus Lundby will be characterized by openness and room for internal as well as external partnerships, and thereby take an active part in the development of the City of Gothenburg.

Volvo Group Real Estate contains of five Divisions where Sweden Industrial & Office Division is one. The Volvo Group Real Estate head quarter is located in Gothenburg. Sweden Industrial & Office Division includes five regions, West, Middle, North, Southwest and Lundby. You will manage region Lundby and report to the Vice President, Sweden Industrial & Office Division, and manage a team of approx. 11 peolple. We are here to make Volvo become a desired workplace, where engaged people can flourish and develop that will drive better business result.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Your main focus within this job is to deliver start cost, maintenance and advanced engineering projects according to quality, delivery, cost and feature targets. You will define, agree, communicate and execute strategies and targets for the group, ensuring that laws and labor agreements are fulfilled. However, your absolute most important assigment within the role is to develop effective teams were people take pride in being responsible for their complete deliveries.
Your main focus will be to:
Define, agree, communicate and execute strategies and targets for the group
Recruit and develop effective teams were people take pride in being responsible for their complete deliveries
Manage, lead and operate the property portfolio and facility management function at the region, in line with the Volvo Group Real Estate and Division Strategy
Deploy all possible real estate solutions in a collaborative, structured and efficient way strongly integrated with the receivers
Drive excellence in execution and space optimization for all our key receivers
Support in driving possible synergy effects within the division and Volvo Group Real Estate

Required Knowledge and Experience
We are searching for a person with an experience of managerial positions within the Real Estate area or/ and Heavy Industry.
To be successful in this position we want you to have the following knowledge/experience:
Bachelor of Science/MBA within the area of Real Estate Management or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience
You enjoy building business relationships, are well structured and have an analytical approach and a tactical perspective in your daily work
Passion for developing your team as well as yourself
Great communication skills in Swedish and English, spoken and written
