hela Sverige As Plant Automation & Information Solutions Director you are overall responsible for the development and life cycle of our plant automation platforms. Additionally, you are responsible for Tetra Pak's integrated automation solution offer across both the processing and packaging business. Our solutions are mainly sold and delivered to our customers by our clusters and market companies.
The Plant Automation & Information Solutions organisation has more than 30 employees covering development engineers, project management and technology specialists. It is divided into three operations in Lund Sweden, Modena Italy and Shanghai China.
You will be a member of the management team and report to the Vice President of Business Unit Plant Automation & Information Solutions.
The position is based in Lund, Sweden.
Main responsibilities
• Lead the development and the lifecycle of the Tetra Pak PlantMaster platforms and applications
• Understand the market requirements and follow up on the strategy and roadmaps in close collaboration with Marketing & Product Management and PAIS rollout team
• Ensure availability of the resources and the competences needed
• Drive partnership and supplier agreements in cooperation with the supplier management organisation
• Evaluate and follow new technology development on the market to be incorporated in the future automation/software platforms
• Drive a seamless and transparent cooperation with the different organisations within Tetra Pak to fulfil the critical success factors
Qualifications
You are a skilled communicator and experienced in managing other managers and employees. You possess strong intercultural awareness and are comfortable working in an environment requesting high level of stakeholder management.
You have a solid understanding of systems integration and how software (integration and applications) is used in commercial business. You have an established network in the software industry and experience from managing suppliers and partnerships. Control systems experience is advantageous. You are proficient in both written and spoken English and have obtained a MSc.in Engineering or equivalent education.
